logseq mit Orgdown als Format wird in Org-mode zwar dargestellt aber ich persönlich würde das nur als Altlast zum Lesen nutzen wollen, da es nur aus Überschriften besteht.

Allerdings wirst du das, was du für Emacs an Lernaufwand investierst, für Jahrzehnte nutzen können. Ganz im Gegensatz zu so kurzfristigen Hypes wie Obsidian und Co.
