Curious how y’all feel about these kinds of things. I’m conflicted.
On one hand, why would I volunteer to help a gigantic corporation earn more money? On the other hand, I want better products. And as an experienced researcher, I can’t begin to emphasize how valuable this kind of feedback is.

Mostly if I own their products i tend to like them so I want future products to be along what I need or want.

What I did here, and do often, is engage for the first few questions to get a pulse on what they’re trying to accomplish. I dipped after four questions, because this was obviously gonna be “how should we market MacBooks,” not “how do we make MacBooks better.”

I don't think it will be read and I think even less it will make a change. Shareholders dictate the direction of the software. Not users.

There may be much better recipients for what you have to offer. No need to push for more imbalance.
