Her shin had to be ampitated.
Anastasiia shared that during that battle, she was ready to die because it seemed that there was no chance of survival.
During her rehabilitation, she met Oleksii, a Warrior who also had to have his leg amputated and was learning to use a hip prosthesis after his injury.
Anastasiia and Oleksii fell in love and were recently married.
