I’m trying not to be completely pessimistic. But I don’t think people should count on this ruling actually changing who gets a paycheck. We are in too deep for a simple court order to be the end point.
Right on both points. But I also don’t take these “wins” to mean anything. I have watched the legal system since Mueller was first appointed. Having watched every minute of the Watergate hearings and Ted Koppel create Nightline, this current crop of legal talking heads haven’t given us any reason to believe any court case does anything meaningful.
That’s not pessimism, those are facts on the ground. We have to do something else, other than wait on “the courts”.
Deposits should be held by the city. The landlord should be forced to prove they deserve it in a court of law.

The problem is that all these AI companies just plug in a search engine and expected to work.
Most search engines these days suck, so if your base is bad, your results will be bad.
That's why I love @kagihq cause they're search first, AI second. They have a solid search engine, which then also makes the ai searching much better. WHO WOULD HAVE EXPECTED
