Andrea Pitzer said the same thing: 47 wants to create a world in which he is the never-ending center of attention and will do anything to bring that into being. That's all he is about. Heute ging es los - es gab einen leckeren Mitbringlunch und Informationen zur Situation im Haus. Gegen 18 Uhr wurde die RM16 vom einem Teil der Anwesenden besetzt.

Die Forderungen sind:
- der Auszug der beiden langjährigen Bewohnenden
- die Freigabe der Hausvereine und GmbH
- die Rücknahme aller juristischen Mittel

Die Ziele sind:
- eine stabile Hausgruppe mit 14 Bewohnenden zu gründen
- das Haus sozial wie finanziell auf sichere Beine zu stellen und die Renovierung abzuschließen
- bezahlbaren Wohnraum zu erhalten
- politische Veranstaltungsräume wieder zu eröffnen

@kami_kadse @_rya_ Natürlich wurde deshalb ausdrücklich besprochen und von allen vereinbart, dass dies eine Ausnahme von den Regeln sein wird. Deshalb haben beispielsweise Personen, die Verträge für ihre Wohnung benötigten, diese bereits im Herbst erhalten.

@kami_kadse @_rya_ Genau, unsere Forderung an die beiden Personen war, ihre Haltung gegenüber der Gemeinschaft zu ändern, Transparenz hinsichtlich der zugesagten Änderungen (die für Herbst 2024 versprochen worden waren) zu schaffen und allen Zugang zu allen Strukturen der Gemeinschaft zu gewähren. Als Ergebnis dieses Treffens wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass alle ausziehen sollten. Das war im März 2025.

@_rya_ @kami_kadse Nein, aber hier haben wir eine Situation, in der zwei Personen behaupten, es handele sich um Probewohnen, während sieben andere (darunter eine Person, die bereits seit drei Jahren in dem Haus wohnt) sagen, dass dies nicht der Fall war. Auch dieses Argument des „Probewohnens” kommt erst auf, als zwei Personen im März 2025 von der Hausgemeinschaft konfrontiert werden.

Für mich stellt es sich aus der Distanz so dar, als versuche da ein Kollektiv mit allen Mitteln, einschließlich einer Übernahme der Zimmer aus der Machtposition von vielen gegen wenige, die wenigen übrig gebliebenen Altbewohner*innen zu verdrängen. Sowas ist auf jeder Ebene komplett inakzeptabel.

Ich sehe zudem keinen Grund, warum Probewohnen nicht gelten sollte. Im Gegenteil.

Wir möchten nur sicherstellen, dass du weißt, dass dieses Problem des „Probewohnens” besprochen wurde und die Entscheidung, dies nicht zu tun, bereits vor dem Einzug der größeren Gruppe getroffen wurde.

@_rya_ @kami_kadse Nein, denn alle im Haus, einschließlich der beiden Personen, die gerade das tun, was sie tun, haben sich darauf geeinigt, so vorzugehen. Es ist völlig normal, einander zu vertrauen. Einerseits vertrauen wir darauf, dass wir nicht von zwei oder drei Personen rausgeworfen werden, da wir eine große Gruppe sind, andererseits vertrauen wir auch darauf, dass die größere Gruppe keine Personen rauswirft, die sie schon seit längerer Zeit durch politische Organisation kennt.

Wir hätten auch nicht erwartet, dass zwei Personen alle anderen zum Auszug auffordern und öffentlich Informationen über die Bewohner des Hauses veröffentlichen würden. Hätte die größere Gruppe gewusst, wie problematisch diese beiden Personen sind, wäre niemand in das Haus gezogen.

@_rya_ @kami_kadse Ich halte dies für eine berechtigte Frage, wie wir mit Menschen innerhalb unserer Basisstrukturen umgehen sollen, die nicht an Zusammenarbeit interessiert sind. Wenn die Gemeinschaft eine Person aufgrund bestimmter Verhaltensweisen ausschließt, hat sie damit auch eine gewisse Macht über diese Person, aber das bedeutet nicht, dass die Gemeinschaft alles tolerieren muss, wozu bestimmte Einzelpersonen bereit sind.

@_rya_ @kami_kadse Das Problem bei Hausprojekten ist, dass man in einer Gemeinschaft lebt und handelt. Wenn man dazu nicht in der Lage ist, wird man nicht nur aus der Gemeinschaft ausgeschlossen, sondern auch aus dem Hausprojekt, was ein noch größeres existenzielles Problem darstellt. Wir sehen den Ausschluss aus der Gemeinschaft nur als letzten Mittel, aber nachdem alle anderen Schritte ausgeschöpft waren, blieb uns nichts anderes übrig.

@kami_kadse @_rya_ Das kann man so sehen, aber da wir uns unserer problematischen Machtverhältnisse bewusst sind, haben wir eine größere Gruppe aus dem MHS-Projekt gebeten, einzugreifen und eine externe Empfehlung abzugeben, um auch unsere Machtposition in dieser Situation zu hinterfragen.

@kami_kadse @_rya_ Wir vermuten, dass das, was du an dieser Stelle als Mobbing beschreibst, von der Gruppe nicht als solches wahrgenommen wurde, zumindest wurde es nicht nach außen kommuniziert. Die Gruppe ging jedoch detailliert auf Konflikte ein und gab den Beteiligten Raum, zu beschreiben, was damals vor sich ging. Durch diese Prozesse wurde auch deutlich, dass in einigen Fällen zwei Personen offen über die Situation und ihr Engagement gelogen haben.

The Israeli forces forcibly removed worshippers from the mosque, sparking tensions in the Old City of Jerusalem.

Just hours after the United States carried out precision airstrikes on three of Iran’s nuclear sites, Iran responded on Sunday by launching more than 40 missiles toward Israel.

The barrage caused significant destruction in multiple cities, including Tel Aviv, and left at least 23 people injured. Despite the scale of the attack, casualties remained relatively low due to timely evacuations and the use of bomb shelters.
