Correct me, but with the current set of rulings, there is literally nothing that would stop the #Trumpregime from claiming that this irritating US citizen is actually a dangerous illegal foreigner. (“He stole the identity” …) and deporting them quickly in less than 24 hours without any due process protections. To some not so nice hellhole place at the edge of civil war and starvation.

All the feds need to do is claim you are part of the unfavored group. Without due process, you have no opportunity to prove you are not. (Or rather, they have no obligation to prove you are. Everyone has to take their word for it.)
