Back from a very nice MTB ride with my wife.

Based on a common loop to the #schwarztennAlm with some variations so that we had less road and saw some new locations around #badWiessee and #rottachEgern along the #tegernsee.

I should eat more during cycling. - close to the end I started to feel that my energy was really dropping.

Extremely jank #tea setup this morning. The tea itself is a sun-dried Lao black tea called Monk's Robe. The recommendations from the package are super not correct and I'm having to add a bunch of water. Thought I would be real smart and measure the tea, but turns out using my instincts would have been better!
