Improvement in energy comes with one annoying thing, and it’s already been annoying the whole time but it’s more obvious when I’m more awake. #ADHD perks up all wanting to do something, or talk to someone, and bored, and energy isn’t quite there for it every time, and back certainly isn’t if it involves going out, and there isn’t anyone. So that’s an ADHD fun time. Things like writing the fiction take more effort than I have capacity for very often, it seems to be a tricky middle zone.
