C’est une APD qui quand elle voit que la loi est exploitée par les RT pour permettre du manquement à la législation, elle demande au législateur de rétablir la loi.
La CNIL c’est l’inverse. Quand elle voit qu’un citoyen gène un peu trop et laisse pas les RT violer la loi, elle va chercher les sénateurs pour protéger son cul
