my first reaction is "Who is funding the Canadian Infrastructure Council?" and then what is that OECD report, what else does it say, does the author have credibility, are they cherry picking, can I trust them.
I don't really read much of this sort of stuff TBH until I'm working on a video because the way I read things makes it too time consuming.

There's a real chance the first book I read in 2026 will remain the best. What an astonishing novel: shades of Le Guin, but you can also see a lineage to The Handmaid's Tale, and written with real poetry. Hard recommend.

Die Straße ist von schneebedeckten Feldern flankiert, links stehen dichte, trockene Gräser, und rechts ist eine einzelne, einblattige Bäume sichtbar. Der Himmel ist teilweise bewölkt mit Streifen von Blau. Auf der Windschild-Dashboard zeigt ein kreisförmiges Geschwindigkeitsmesser “km/h” und eine schwarze Pfeil, neben einer grünen Aufkleber mit unklaren Texten. Schnee bedeckt die Windschilder und die Straße, die Reifenspuren zeigt.
