I dearly love #Slackware, don't get me wrong, but I have to say that, compared to #NetBSD it feels a bit on the heavier side, if you see what I mean...
Then again, I am doing a "slackpkg update" on a freshly installed VM, so there is that... š¤

Slightly ironic that seeing a screenshot of Xeyes makes me feel nostalgic for the time I discovered it on Sun workstations in 1992 which (checks mental notes) made me feel nostalgic (??) for the classic mac "Eyes" application (which put a pair of eyeballs in your menu bar) from a couple years prior. ;)
Ok, this is random, but I managed to find the classic Macintosh program (from 1989!) that XEyes reminded me of all those years ago: [Eyeballs]
