Have a bare minimum amount of taxation that MUST be paid SOMEWHERE in the world.
Any amount unpaid elsewhere is charged here.
This might encourage tax havens to charge what otherwise stays with the people and orgs profiting from their complicity.
Half of that goes into a low-income and/or pre-UBI fund for anyone living, travelling, or related to the UK. So UK people, but also commonwealth citizens and residents, but also people here on holiday whose home country has a civil war or something.
