Topless Topics Merch Thriftstore Try-Haul for Vidcon!

After I went thrifting for a bunch of blank t-shirts and tanktops to use for making more of my handmade heat-press vinyl merch (go here for more info: toplesstopics.org/shirt ) I thought it would be fun to record a little video of me trying each of the shirts on, to take a screenshot and create mock-ups of the various design and color options I can use!

Of course, for the Youtube version I had to crop out my heinous female chest any time I was between shirts (as somehow, according to the patriarchy-owned mainstream media, "female-looking nipples" are "sexually explicit nudity" but "male-looking nipples" aren't (: ), and even still my video may well get banned anyway, but I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens!

haha well they're not ALL for vidcon XD though I do plan to change my shirt at least twice a day to show off as many as I can XD

Lot's of shirts to choose from.
I like really soft ones myself.
Watching you swapping the shirts, had me shaking my head wondering why people would consider what you were doing was sexual in any way, form, or matter.

@kld because american society has been so focused on sexualizing women's bodies for decades that it's considered perfectly normal to lose their minds at the sight of a female nipple (: The only way we break this stigma is if we're allowed to be topless in NONSEXUAL situations, but unfortunately our only options are porn sites or very small decentralized platforms like this one (which is in danger of closing if this Peertube owner can't get enough funding by the end of the year! I didn't much like the top with a "V" neck, but that's probably because I personally don't like that style.

The long sleeved looked strange, but maybe that's because you don't usually wear that style and I'm not used to seeing that.

Personal preferences and personal experiences shape a lot of our perceptions.

thanks for the feedback! I don't really like shirts with sleeves either tbh, I think it's because it reduces the viability of wearing hoodies and jackets without it feeling weird x.x and if it's hot enough to not need a hoodie, then it's hot enough to not want sleeves at all...
