The #BRICS economic alliance nations has called for the establishment of a #Palestinian State and #ceasefire in #Gaza
On the first day of the BRICS summit in the Russian city of #Kazan, the economic alliance affirmed their support for Palestine’s admission to the #UN as a full member State. In a joint statement BRICS called for an “independent and viable State of #Palestine, under the internationally recognized borders of June 1967, with East #Jerusalem as its capital, living side by side in peace and security with #Israel.”

Without the ability to bully the world through sanctions and printing their own funny money (to pay for the military) .. that was the shortest empire in history, it seems.

in reply to Farhad 🆓🇵🇸 ☮️Now • • •Long time ago, I read ab article about US seeing Euro as an existential treaty to their dominance. The Greek crash followed by refugee streams, weakened and destroyed the Euro's ability to challenge the Dollar.
But BRICS may do what Euro failed to do. Specially if most Asian, African and central/South American countries are joining it

Now you have "allies" that see that even their interests don't mean shit. UAE, Turkey, and I'm sure more and more EU countries as they sink into financial collapse.
