because to make it visible you also need a flat belly and the flat belly means that you have to lose some weight. here is something interesting about weight loss in general and flat belly in particular.
what you need to do to get your belly flat and to make your six pack visible:
- lose your weight by strength training
- and by long low cardio workouts
- check what you eat by reading the food labels
- work on your posture by strengthening some muscles and stretching other muscles
