I'm looking for a new laptop or luggable (can be an older model). My criteria are as follows:

- no genocidal manufacturer
- good keyboard
- fully linux compatible
- ethernet port
- low-noise
- screen ~ 14 inches
- lightweight
- cheap

I intend to use the device mainly for calendar, contacts, emails as well as for music production.

I'd be grateful for any pointers to a specific device that meets my criteria. Thank you!

I do a lot on my laptop and when my 1.2k € broke I bought a Thinkpad P1 G1. Is really great. 260 Euros second hand. You can find cheaper Thinkpads at 14inches. Look for that. Linux compatible, great keyboard, well made, super cheap.
