Conceptualised on 26 Jan 2025, it has taken me exactly 13 months to build an image that I'm happy with. The posh restaurant Magnum Opus, is the (fictitious) classy restaurant at the centre of #Lancaster.
A key place for many of the romantics in the novel.
After about 150 images, I now have one I’m happy with and it’s on the website.

The biggest challenge with a series of 6 books, and the one clear master ending which I'm aiming towards is:
to have interim endings (and starts) which allow each novel to be a stand alone book in its own right.
hence, the overall challenge is *cohesion*

Within a week of leaving school, Conning has a boyfriend.
The "Space Girls" Kayt and Conning had a pact - no boys!
And a catchphrase "don't invade my personal space!"
Ecstasy, etc? Apart from inventing some new synonyms for verbs and/or nouns. I write it the way it is.

It's been good, thanks, I've dabbled in lots of bits across Books 2-6 in the #SlenderWolf series
I completed several chapters including the one where NutJob proposes to KristalClear.
It's ridiculously silly and funny, because they stumbled into it unplanned.
In November I really must finish the final edit of Book 1 and have that published *this year*.
