A trove of video games including a never-before-seen version of Super Mario Bros. has been found by the owner of a Wisconsin game shop. Several of the cartridges were graded a perfect 10 by a memorabilia authenticator. Three are tentatively scheduled to go up for auction this Friday. On Friday, June 12, a 9.6-graded Super Mario Bros. game sold at Heritage Auctions for a record-breaking $3 million. Here's more from @abc.

What old video game do you really wish would get a modern remake (official or not) or sequel that you believe is very unlikely to get one?
For me it's a toss up between Rise of the Dragon and Descent. Thankfully Escape Velocity has Endless Sky and, unfortunately, Marathon has the "extraction shooter" Marathon. Pax Imperia was one of the earliest 4X games (after Civilization), so any of those could be considered a spiritual sequel. It'd be nice to see Myst revived, though maybe not.
