Neues Friendica-Addon "Addon List" - Anpassbare Addon-Liste unter /friendica
Ich hatte wieder einmal eine kleine Idee für ein neues Friendica-Addon und habe mir dieses mit der bösen, bösen KI zusammengeklöppelt. Die Idee war, die auf der eingesetzten Instanz genutzten Addons transparenter für Instanz-Nutzende vorzustellen.
Dabei herausgekommen ist das Addon "Addon List". Addon List liest die Beschreibung der installierten Addons aus und zeigt diese an, alternativ lässt sich aber eine eigene Beschreibung für das jeweilige Addon dort einsetzen. Sofern es eine Projektseite zum Addon gibt, kann diese ebenfalls eingetragen werden. Außerdem kann die Liste der blockierten Server optional eingeklappt werden. Nebeninfo, weil es immer mal wieder Thema ist: Ich entwickle diese Addons in erster Linie primär für den reinen Eigenbedarf, sprich: Für unsere Instanzen und unsere eigenen Server. Das Addon trifft also in allererster Linie meinen eigenen Geschmack und ist so, wie ich es mir vorstelle! 😉
Ich mag dieses Potenzial von Friendica einfach. Durch das Addon-System hat man einen wunderbaren Spielraum, die Instanzen so an die eigenen Bedürfnisse anzupassen, ganz nach dem eigenen, individuellen Geschmack.
Und nicht nur aus Transparenzgründen lade ich diese Addons auf Forgejo hoch. Wer also Interesse hat, kann sich meine Addons herunterladen und auf den eigenen Instanzen ausprobieren oder auch einsetzen. Wie immer gilt hier: Prüfe vor dem Einsatz gründlich, was du bei dir auf deinem Server aktivierst! Ich übernehme wie immer keine Haftung dafür.

While Mozilla has yet to disclose the scale of this phishing campaign, the end goal of the attacks, or whether any developer accounts had already been successfully compromised, at least one developer claims to have fallen victim.
