After the update on Qt (6.1.03) for Haiku finished it was time to update our KF6 to 6.25.0.
Those are now available for 32bit and 64bit.

A few applications there after updated to 25.12.3 (read kirigami/qtquick related rendering), and are on par with current release. In the screenshot Tokodon (using at the moment to write this post) 25.12.3 with Qt6.10.3 and KF6 6.25.0).

Frage zu #mastodon: Die Umfrage ist seit 46 Tagen vorbei, diese und andere bekomme ich nach Ablauf andauernd wieder in Benachrichtigungen angezeigt, Ursache unklar, deswegen nehme ich an keiner Umfrage mehr teil. Woran kann es liegen, daß die immer wieder hoch kommt / kommen?

Got a #Linux question I've been trying to solve and haven't found the answer to.
I use #Tokodon. Many emoji, including some that I thouhgt were just basic and not anything special, are missing. I get rectangles.
Is there a way to fix it? Am I missing a font, or an emoji package, or maybe even a setting I need to change? Or is this something in Tokodon that I'll just have to wait till Tokodon is updated?

I love torturing this old machine I initially got as a burner laptop. Throwing Linux Mint on it has allowed this sucker to remain the longest-lasting laptop I've used and kept the penguin on for more than a year.

Would you appreciate some viewable metrics on (your own) post statistics in your #Mastodon client? I'm playing around with the idea in #Tokodon, but I need a vibe check first. This would replace manual tools/scripts I've seen used by promo teams, for example.

(This feature is entirely within client, not dependent on external services like MastoMetrics. It would be contained in a separate page you would need to seek out, not bombarding you with notifications or anything like that.)

I finally decided to get a proper second device to run #postmarketOS on, so I bought a Pixel 3A! Fully mainline and #PlasmaMobile is very fluent on it, it's great!

I'll keep my sim-card in my Android phone for now but I'll use it to browse the fediverse (#Tokodon), watch YouTube (#Plasmatube), browse the web (#Angelfish), chat on Matrix (#Neochat), etc. I'll probably find a ton of bugs, so let's get these reported and fixed!
