b. one of my kids whom I suspect
(c. a coworker who clued me in
d. oh and a couple other coworkers who surprised me into oversharing--oops)
Today I sent an email to the wider family: rest of the kids (all legal adults), in-laws. etc
That was 3.5h ago. Not a single reply.
They hate me and/or think I'm #brainrot

Not sure if this will be reassuring to hear or not but I had similar with family when I disclosed. Each time it was direct communication to individuals. But had little acknowledgment that I even said anything, or no reply at all. I suspect they either don’t know what to say, don’t know what it means, or some of my family probably think I’ve just hopped on a trend. 🤷
However, I asked one of them if they would like me to share more about it with them like how I suspected it, why I went for an assessment, what it means for me and others. They immediately said yes. Now wondering if others might be interested, but also suspect some are too busy, or don’t really care enough (i.e. they’re not close enough to me, might be too much info for them).
