@FediTips I have a question: Sometimes i post on my paper.wf blog which is federated and can be seen on mastodon. I use hashtags in the headline so they automatically show up in the post. But when i search for the hashtag with my personal (this) mastodon account, the posts don't show up, even though i boosted them with the personal account. Do you know why? Example post would be paper.wf/18xoxo/first-impressi… and hashtag in question is #18xx

@grayson

All the hashtags are there when viewed from Mastodon 👍

PeerTube videos also don't have any hashtags in the body of their post when viewed from Mastodon, just a title and link, but the hashtags appear below the post.

The tags are stored in a different part of the post from the body, which is perhaps why Sengi doesn't show them. However, I think searching for them on Sengi should still work?

In holding this bund meeting, Trump is making an obvious allusion to 1939. Watch: No incumbent media will draw that line to their own coverage...

Sorry, but to me it looks more like 1933 - before and – MAY BE? – after the German parliamentary elections:
On February 20;, the National Socialists obtain large financial support for the upcoming election campaign from a group of leading figures in German business.
On February 27; Der Reichstag is set on fire. Hitler's thugs instigate terror, setting up the first concentration camps.
5 March; At the election, the National Socialists DO NOT get the crushing majority they had expected. But the rectification and purges continue. The Nazi organization SA carries out regular terrorist actions. Waves of robberies and burglaries are sweeping the country. Communists, social democrats and bourgeois are shot down or mistreated. 500-600 dead is the result.
Etc. Etc.
