It sounds like AI, but it’s not. It’s a space craft we launched in 1977. That’s FOURTY-SEVEN years ago.
We did this. For all our flaws, we do some spectacular things. I have to remember this.

Purple donkey orchids (Diuris punctata) in open heathland, Croajingolong NP, VIC. Widespread in VIC + NSW but generally uncommon in disjunct populations - regarded as vulnerable in VIC due to habitat depletion. Good numbers out this spring at this location.

While I was taking these pictures, a half-English woman came over to me and explained that "Mel" is a contraction of "Gemelli", and the village got that name because at one point in history it was ruled by a pair of twins.
A few people have said that the blurry person in this photo looks like a ghost or even the Grim Reaper.
