Whoopsie... Knocked my poor laptop off the bed and on to the floor. Think hardwood laminate laid over what effectively is a cement floor. Laptop is fine, just had to flip it over, press down lightly where the panel on its underside popped loose from the frame, and life's good again. Thank goodness it's a well built device.
