I use this simple one on Android, and on Linux I have vimwiki set up. No they don't sync or anything, I haven't looked much into any advanced note taking solutions. I've heard @tio talk about some kanban apps or something, he probably knows more about the Linux apps.
AH yes I tested so many and you can find the best I recommend here: tromjaro.com/apps/ - search for "notes". The one I ended up with is AppFlowy appflowy.io. Ignore the BS AI stuff, you dont have to use it. Else it is a fantastic note-taking app with kaban, markdown, tables, etc..
