The oligarch Jeff Bezos got married in Venice. The bride and groom were seen waving like the British royals, only not so poor. By the way, whoever bought Venice also bought the Washington Post, 12 private jets and the book "Exploitation of Workers for Dummies". If you calculate the cost of the wedding in relation to his wealth and then convert it to a normal mortal, the wedding only cost around 20 dollars. So just a totally cheap sausage buffet. After all, Bezos has also donated 3 million to charity, the equivalent of half a sausage.

yeah, but if all that money wasn't caught up in maybe granting the richest immortality, maybe the immortal spirit which sustains our world would open up its secrets to them.

Common tale of riches if a proper hero can only slay the dragon before it.

The dragon has no interest in going to go buy goods at the market as it has no need.
Nor does it ever have worry of other dragons having interest in seeking out to take it's "treasures".

The dragon, just seems to be hoarding "treasure" for no particular reason at all and rare is one to find questioned as why a dragon would have any such "modern man" like interest in "treasure" at all.

"Bezos", "Musk", "Buffet", etc.
are IRL "dragons". where "meta" hits the real. *le sigh*
