What sort'a experience you lookin fer? I've been a happy Friendica user for a few years'r more. I can't really be of much help with the administery bits of it though.
@eshep thx! I'm trying to figure out if i can help some people to move their communications from FB to something a bit less....evil. they are looking to have multiple groups with different moderation rules. i know i can spin up a basic forum, but I like the idea of being able to use one login for different things. i was thinking about self hosting an instance, but I'm not sure.
