I have a Tuxedo Pulse 15 Gen 1 - I am not sure whether this device is good enough to play @veloren ... so far I have 1 frame per second. Maybe it is my setup, which I hope, because I would really love to play.

Does someone have any pointers?

@Veloren, thank you, that was the first way I tried to run it but it failed with `lib?.so.6` being the wrong version. I am running #gentoo on my laptop which currently has a #glibc version of 2.33 and #Veloren requires 2.35 to run. It would be nice but it's not a big deal that it won't run on my laptop as it's not where I normally play any games. If there were a way to recompile with 2.33, I'd happily give it another test. Good to know about that #flatpak software rendering issue too, thanks!

@Veloren, compiled using the nightly #rust, tested working but with an indistinguishable difference from the #flatpak version. It still floats somewhere around 10~15 FPS on low graphics setting. It is however perfectly playable on minimal but if I increase anything to make it more visually appealing, I'm right back to <15 again.

No worries, as I said before, it's not where I would expect to ever play it. Always good to test though, hopefully it's useful. If it helps, these test were done on the #InfinityBook S14v5 with i7-10510U running #funtoo using Mesa 20.2.4 and Vulkan 1.3.236 in an X11 #e16 session.
