10yrs ago today… I took an urgent call late on a Saturday afternoon telling me to get to CNN’s LA bureau asap.
‘What’s happened?’
‘Whitney Houston is dead.’
She was just 48 & had one of the greatest voices in music history. A shockingly sad tragedy. RIP Whitney.
