Which reminds me of...

Cover of the album "Breakfast in America" by Supertramp. Image is a view out the window of jet looking at the Statue of Liberty and Manhattan island except that the statue is a waitress with a menu in her left hand and holding up a tray with a glass of orange juice instead of a torch in her right. If you look at Manhattan it is made up of milk bottles, syrup containers, plates of food and boxes instead of buildings.
