maybe you should also ask: popular server, unpopular server, extremist server, own server....

I use both Web browser and Android app :ablobcatknitsweats:

And only one choice is possible: a multi choice poll would be more efficient to get feedback because I'm pretty to not be the only one in this situation

Both iOS app and Mac app (Ivory in both cases).

This poll could be modified to reflect the fact that many people consume Masto in many ways.

I use a Web Browser on my computer and an Android app when I'm using my phone.

mastodon app on Android or web browser (Firefox) depending if I use it on my phone or the PC.

Mostly i use Tusky tbh, but I also use Tokodon, it's great!
KDE is great!

I use the mastodon UI of my instance on desktop, and @phanpy phanpy.social on mobile, installed as a PWA.
in reply to nixCraft 🐧

Tusky for Android, not only because it is easy to use, but also because I have an account on oulipo.social and the official Mastodon app doesn't play nice with it.
in reply to nixCraft 🐧

I use a desktop app too (and it’s my primary way of interacting with Mastodon, minute for minute)
in reply to nixCraft 🐧

and my mastodon iOS app that I voted for crashed immediately as soon as I chose that option πŸ˜‚

P.S.: mastodon widget still doesn’t work on iOS - no way to select a hashtag to subscribe to on the home screen πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

Fedilab on Android and Ferdium on Desktop.

Browser when I'm on PC, Tusky (Android app but not the official one) when I'm on the phone.
in reply to nixCraft 🐧

Since no single Masto app accesses all the features enabled by my admin I am forced to use both the app (iOS casual browsing) and web (accessing regular features) to enjoy everything on mastodon.
in reply to nixCraft 🐧

all 3, but mostly web browser, followed by by iOS app followed by android app
in reply to nixCraft 🐧

Needs to be multiple choice. It depends on which machine I am using.
in reply to nixCraft 🐧

Currently the app but I use the web version as well when I don't want to use my phone.
in reply to nixCraft 🐧

Mostly iOS app (Mona), sometimes through the Web (I have scraper scripts and bookmarklets which are handy for some use cases) or a desktop app (also Mona).
in reply to nixCraft 🐧

A roughly even split between browser (both the native mstdn.ca/ interface and main.elk.zone/) and the Tusky app on Android.

If I'm later-tooting (ie, scheduling posts), I'll usually use toot on my Ubuntu laptop.

@stelephant
I'm using it only on my Android phone. First I tried the official App but that was a pretty disappointing experience. Then I started to use Fedilab. The best Mastodon-Client I can imagine. Especially because it's possible to report glitches to the Developer directly on Mastodon.

After using Tusky on Android, Elk on the web, and Metatext on iOS, I recently started using @phanpy, and I love it so much that I use it _everywhere_, including as a PWA installed on Android. And it's on Android that I use Mastodon the most.

It's @zonepane to be precise. I used to use its predecessor, TwitPane, as a Twitter client.

I was a (mobile) web browser all the way until I discovered #Fedilab. I've been a happy user of that app for at least six months now.
