Not quite sure what I did after installing the Word @WakaTime add-in,but now whenever I launch anything in Word, and then close it, a random window which I can't focus on shows up with only "word" in the title bar.

Not sure what happened to visual studio 2022 last night, but it's as borked now as it was then. The keyboard shortcuts for the code snippets manager tools aren't working; CTRL+K, C,CTRL+K, X, and CTRL+K,CTRL+B. Have no idea why.
