The decimation of Medicaid and the ACA means that Democrats can no longer settle for "corporate-friendly, incremental changes to the ACA" as their health care policy.

Medicare-for-All or other form of #universalhealthcare becomes the only option. In 2026 and 2028, nominate Democrats who support it.
