Hey fediverse! If you've chatted to me in the last year or so (or, frankly, if you've passed within earshot) you'll have heard me talking about the main project I'm part of currently: Perennial Housing Co-op.

We're trying to start a new housing coop in NE London, as part of the @RadicalRoutes network, to be a home for 6-10 people. Our hope is that this will be a solid base (providing stable, affordable, community-controlled housing) for community support and activism.

We're raising money currently, and we've just extended our loanstock offer until the end of August.

There's a whole bunch of terms and concepts which might not be familiar to folks, so this is an invite to reply to this post with all questions! AMA! 🙋⁉️

Do folks have suggestions for how to use sociocratic principles in an asyncronous #DecisioMaking environment?

We're setting up a #HousingCoop, and there's lots of decisions to be made, and we want everyone to feel/be involved, but it's rare that we have a meeting that everyone can attend.

I'll be asking around in person this at #UKCommunitiesConference, but I thought I'd check in with the #sociocracy #fediverse crowd too! 👋
