None of it difficult. About 1hr for first two and aside from waiting 90 mins for dough to prove, naan bread is about 20 mins actual work.

Swap yoghurt for something plant-based and it can be #vegan

Schnelles Abendessen, da zwei Tage mit Arztbesuchen hinter mir liegen und das operierte Auge mich ziemlich stresst (auch wenn es in Trippelschrittchen voran zu gehen scheint. Also.. yay?).
Ich habe ein wenig in der türkischen Küche gewildert, wo ja gerne Joghurt mit Gebratenem kombiniert wird. Heute gab's Zigarrenbörek (halbfertig gekauft, mit Öl bepinselt, im Backofen gebacken) und Salat mit Sucuk (2 Romanasalate, 1/2 Gurke, 1 Paprika putzen, schnibbeln, in Schüssel geben. 200 g Sucuk pellen, kleinschneiden, zusammen mit 2 roten, geviertelten Zwiebeln anbraten. Vom Herd nehmen, 500 g Joghurt und 1/2 TL Salz unterheben, über den vorbereiteten Salat geben, unterheben. Fertig. Nom.

N'Guddn Mastodon, gestern brachte ich die Brechbohnen zurück und bekam hunger darauf. Noch ein paar Camembertbrötchen und Kartoffelsalat von Hupsi. Der war ok, mehr nicht.
