Looking at a newspaper article about low emission zones, their benefits and the inexplicable reluctance of some cities to make use o them I was struck by this photograph. I have to say my first thought was that some sign writer was attempting to make it clear in mangled French for visitors to London. Who on earth are ‘Lez Ulez’ - bad heavy metal band or a famous standup comedian? 🤔🙄
