Very important documentary. Very well made. But still no criticism of this trade based society...their solutions work IF we calm down with consumerism.

Having some toast for my breakfast, 2 slices, one of which is the end crust. I realised that you never see a crust used in commercially made sandwich. So the question is Do you use (eat) the end crust in a loaf, or do you throw it away?
