Well, the Peertube instance for tchncs.de has worked well for me in my rather limited use. It's a general instance, so I wouldn't say it's tailored to your usecase, but the moderation has been decent.

That said, I do like the idea of a nature centered Peertube instance. I'd love to find somewhere that people upload naturescape ambiance videos (without music!) like I often leave on in the background at home.

Lets be honest and transparent when asking for money and tell upfront that none of the communications will be in English ever! Money doesn't grow on trees, if I donate it, I would like to get email and etc in the language that I paid money in. If I donated via hieroglyph, then I expect to communicate and receive updates in that language.
