Dear Fediverse, we need your help.
My totally innocuos sister was hacked these days (in Bavaria/Germany). Phone, laptop, social media accounts, banking data, everything. Calumny, and so on. She's truly devastated.
Do you know a guide (in German would be nice, but isn't essential) how to behave and what to do?
How can she delete Facebook, phone number, etc., if these are under control of the attacker? Is overwriting phone and laptop enough, or should she buy new ones? And so on.
