Hugo

People sit and eat and drink. But not Hugo. Hugo sits and waits and watches. His time will come.

Around 70 or 80 people are sitting on banked steps at Borough Market in London, eating and drinking. One guy near the top of the steps, wearing a beanie hat with the word 'Hugo' on the front, is sitting perfectly still with a slightly grim expression on his face, watching the people further down
