got #XMPP served up and runnin in #Termux on the phone today. it can only properly federate with other #ipv6 servers though.

\m/ but it actually works! messages and files were successfully sent between an account on jabber.fr and my account on the server running on my phone.

also been runnin #syncthing in Termux for a few days now, and wonder why I ever bothered with the #android syncthing-fork app to begin with.

it'd be really cool to be able to run an #ActivityPub server on there too, but my tests with #snac, #gotosocial, and #starling have all proven it only sorta works. aint givin up hope yet though, there may still be a way.
