Question about users deleting their accounts

I get this message whenever a user deletes their account:

A user deleted his or her account on your Friendica node. Please ensure these data are removed from the backups.
The user id is 462

What does it mean? I have to manually delete this user? Or only if I have backups of my Friendica, I have to make sure I delete this user from backups too?

@Rokosun Deleted his account and then tried to recreate a new one but it says the username is already taken...

Thanks for the explanation. Makes sense to deactivate that username forever in such case.

I understand. Since the account is "awaiting for deletion" is there a way to stop that for this particular account so this user can make an account with that username? Or once is added to the deletion list is too late¿
