Here's me telling people again why Friendica is awesome:

• Connect with pretty much anyone on the Fediverse: Mastodon, Peertube, Pleroma, Lemmy, you name it!
• Works with pretty much any Mastodon App since it uses their API.
• You can connect your Wordpress with it, and cross post to your blog. I do that regularly. And works great. YOu can also do the other way around: take any "source" you want and tell friendica to repost new posts to your profile.
• You can schedule posts too.[[i]]You can follow any website that has an RSS.
• You can connect with Twitter and follow people from Twitter and interact with them like you do on Twitter.
• You can compose huge posts with inline media + do basic text formatting.
