Damn I think I finished the first part of TROM II. Well of course I will need to fix a few little things, but that's when all of the other parts are done. I have added 20 more minutes to it. I still have to watch it all tomorrow to see if all makes sense. But since I watched it, and parts of it, sooo many times I feel like I can't judge it anymore. Thing is I will never ever be able to experience this documentary like the rest....I wish I could somehow just to see if I like it or not and if it has an impact on me haha. But this cannot be done.

Anyways, tomorrow I'll watch it all again and then probably I will move to part 2.

This is the monster:

At least 1 of the 4 parts of the monster :D .

Rokosun reshared this.

does kdenlive have the ability to colour code layers or clips? I find that so valuable. If it's not, I hope the devs consider it at one point.
in reply to LPS

Yeah I don't see any option for that....how is it useful tho? You can name layers for example...and you can add markers on clips or on the timeline, and they are color based.

I'll take a look myself as well. I find it extremely useful to get a bird's eye view of an edit to see how clip sources are spaced and even for things as simple as identifying SFX from voice clips etc
in reply to LPS

Not sure I can imagine what you are talking about but I use thousands of sources and effects for TROM II and all is easy to find and interact with...
in reply to Tio

That's one weird aspect of creating these things, I never thought of this before, even though you made the documentary you won't be able to enjoy it like the rest of us who don't know what's in wait for us......

Damn..... I wish you could see it like new, maybe you can rewatch it years later when you don't remember most of it :blobcatshrug:

Maybe when I get old and develop dementia...I may be able to watch it as "brand new" :D
