Happy to hear that #MeetThePress new host is #KristenWelker . Longest running news program in history, which started with a woman hosting, finally has a woman hosting again. Well wishes to you in new endeavours #ChuckTodd (Ever think about #Frontline ?)

The new word I learned is #gachi . Which, if I ufrom a couple of decades ago.

It causes me to wonder if instead of #obento one could say #GachiBento .

It also seems to being applied a little bit like #hygge in the sense of "goodnderstand, is slang from Japan in last 15ish years which is gaining traction in the U.S. now. Something like "superb" or "very". It makes me think of "wicked cool" physical environment" in a somewhat expansive sense.

I may be wrong.

This is the weirdest edit of one of my posts I've seen.

Downside of using euphemisms like "state affiliated media" when what you mean is "state propaganda outlet" is that dishonest people can weasel their way into labeling things that aren't propaganda outlets the same way.

Got an email from my local NPR station that they're going to stop posting to Twitter!

It includes this gem:

"There is a chance that Twitter will remove the label from NPR. Even so, we no longer have confidence that Twitter is a credible platform."
