phew, what a #meditationā¦typing less since #sleeper waiting in perfect circles in the same room.
just meditatedāphor a long time!
and as i rose my energy to the heart #chakra, some things became clear to meā¦
first, i had to let go of attachmentsāwhich is easier done than leftā¦
well 0th i had to get my whole efforts going, which have become golden flower and om.
on the topic of #mantra, i believe one mechanism of healing became clearā¦
the frequency will resonate the body, and the overhang will activate harmonicsā¦
and as long as this keeps going, the harmonics will fill in the gaps of inflamed or cellular-expressions of inflamation.
so that was 0, and after 1 (heart) i moved up and tried to bring awareness to the throat chakraā¦
here comes another big oneā¦
the big attachment was to a person, and upon revoking the energy-line to her channel (which just means I stopped calling her psychic (in āmyā #psyche--āmyā for the (impossible) individual instance of a timelight energy body) form.
(timelight replacing spacetimeāin my current attempt :) #kozyrev
ā¦readersāif you havenāt noticed, GR failed, maybe itās the spacetime ;))
back to the Work!
so having left calling the big #attachment--which doesnāt mean the attachment is gone, just that I left it in this span of timeā¦
having done that, and reaching the #throat, others welled up in my #heart!
And the great thing was to see how these drew my voice inā
often iāve noticed how desires draw my head and neck forwardāand thereās also some movement there in distaste, disgust, ill-will etcā¦
but here the interesting thing to note was how all attachments saught their immediate translation in neck-spaceā¦
the chakras describe waterwheels flowing energy on a river, except the flow of the wheels in one direction also effects the rest of the flowāextremely dynamic!
Actually, the most beneficial thing to do for me is to focus on #anahata chakraāthe unstruck-tone chakra at the level of the heart.
because that which is unstruck can still resonate!
so this is maybe the half of the iceberg, and then iām doing k-yog!
now I did some other secret secret chakra energy motionāhowever what i want to focus on are 2 parts of the detachment process.
ok before that, I might want to talk about 2 contexts: localized and decentral. If I have a tobacco addiction, then thereās the platforms for entanglement which I should avoidā¦local instances of attachment.
Then thereās clusters of activity which cause me to want, desire, and return to attachments in general and/or contingent upon a psychological category like the attainment)samskara(self-hateāhere the two sides of the hyperbol pull it wider to fit more attachments.
The Ur-attachments (as an example) as attainment and self-hate, where the right follows from the leftā¦and yet self-generates now that the program is up and running.
so this is a working definition for samskara.
he writesāfalling back into social media!
so now that we have local and general contexts to isolate attachmentsā¦
we can talk about 2 helpful parts, not neglecting the ever-present 3rd case, where the parting itself is causing the parts-paradigmā¦
and the alternative of non-action decauses the parts-paradigmā¦
how much decausing we experience in quantum physicsā¦as an asideā¦
is not necessarily a localized truth about all parts or things!
causation happening one way and along that way part-paradigming itself into existenceāparts for causes and for sensation thereofā¦
however there is antimatter, and backwards causationāand we need to look for paradigms to localize instances of them.
So I recommend seeing the quantum paradigm as a relation of force between the past and present, and the future and contempusāthe contemplative, resonant, non-parts paradigm stretching from everywhere all at once to this nowā¦
to the degree that the space its forming is ātimelessā, non-doing, wu-wei, or in causation language ānon-attachedā!

so part 1 of a 3 part model, where the 3rd is #partlessness (and wonāt be further discussed!)ā¦
the practical!
here we could just list things that cause suffering, and things that cause attachment, hinderance, or inertia, and let them go one by oneā¦
easier if you have a Being-Causeā¦as I hope you do!
and the 2nd part are the afflictionsā¦
God has none of these, and thatās why we pray to Him!
The empty set are to sets as #God is to pure formsānecessary completionā¦in the latter I would go so far as to label the #Theologism ānecessary completionā
And alternative theologism would be ālogical necessity.ā
in any case, attachments are another word for thoughtāespecially in the 1st sense.
Thoughtlessness is a great state for resonating the meta-level knowledge into existence, but to return to part 1ā¦
attachments and thoughts are quite inseparableāunless weāre talking about actively thinking (which will be influenced by attachments anyway), every attachment implies a range of thoughtsā¦and every thought a range of attachments.
So now weāre talking about a relation on TxT thoughtspaceāwhere the integer partitions are thoughts we know, and the integer indexed logion (as an djective āreasonalā) are the component parts of our thinking āattachmentsā.
We can follow our thoughts and re-assess our whole soul in terms of what we know, painting each step so that markers remind us of the reasons.
Itās obviously a little different, because the painting process itself can become a stepābut I intentionally donāt paint this, or I use a different colorā¦because a pitfall of control is to not acknowledge its detriments.
And that brings us to samskara as an experience (see above for the context).
If we know we are in a pattern of activity that is an exclusive disjunction of our harmonious #values and those which lead us astray.
The space in-between is either where our virtues go to die, or the spot to paintā¦
the place to build a staircase using your own best qualitiesā¦
one step after another, until the disjunction is a labeled samskara context, the first step lies on the disjunction and the stimulating factors which caused it are contained in a subset and tucked awayā¦
we can differentiate a finite curve precisely because it exists with a beginning and an endāthis method proposes feeling the trajectory of improvement and recalling, by name and by need only, the pitfall of failure.
To get there, from the outset, the attainment)(self-hate samskara must be addressed.
It fails itself by setting too high standards or expectationsā¦
My proposed antidote is accepting small gains and refusing expectations: we connect with the future via the present, and that means using their presents now and leaving their waters undisturbed.
Now finally I see A benefit of the masculine generalization #gender, and why I had to put so much work into a construction of the feminine gender paradigm as a #systems-theory marker (the female āpersonā, the male āmanā)ā¦not that my approach is necessarily rightā¦
but one might ask, why not just do it like the Turkish and Persians do?
and so many others without gender, where one is one?
And my answer, as someone who invents language, is so that we can refer to time in the plural.
another aside passedā¦yes, we donāt want to muddy their waters!
with thoughts and expectationsā¦but rather receive the best knowledge by doing the least wrong now.
so while sitting, I was imagining all the joints that await my place of businessā¦
And kept sitting :)
I saw all the people I would be talking withā¦and saw myself sitting.
My mirror is clearing, God willing I will clear up my life with it.

PS: I do not mean to say my way of gender is right and another's is wrong. I just adapted language to fit existing structures Those are the hiding feminine gender behind "persona," and the pretty commonly (ab-)used masculine abstract. Both seemed ergonomic for my deeper language purposes,
Feminine: to locally organize society quickly by way of known persons referred to as "she"
Masculine: to add a masculine unknown (not "he or she", but "he"). The insight here is to understand the concept of a mind in the abstract. I refer you to the known doublet of "mind" and (man. Thus I have made it an honor to be referred to as a "she", unless your person is criminal for the referee; and I have made it an honorable sacrifice for all men to have the abstract reference--our little offering for a lifetime ex utero!
They being they, I add time now and sense what it brings later--#language must be spokes.
