K is for Know Kindness
This step in the personal ethical revolution I'm following (A-Z, one step every two weeks) discusses the known psychological and physiological benefits of kindness, and specifically of practising gratitude, the prime example being keeping a gratitude journal. (G has already been used for Goodbye Google, so I guess gratitude had to fit in here)
It seems there have been numerous studies on gratitude's personal benefits, such as reducing inflammation and boosting the immune system.I admit I'm a little skeptical, and note in the linked article there are also some studies that don't show these effects. Also, if you're genuinely kind or grateful you're not being it for personal benefit, are you?
Nevertheless, since I already write a diary, I will make a practice of including some thoughts of gratitude. It is undeniably a positive thing.

Pas seulement "un réseau alternatif respectueux de vos libertés" ; ceux-là sont déjà ici pour la plupart.
Mais enfin, celles et ceux déjà ici utilisent quand même les Gafam, en postant YT, X... Je frémis un peu en pensant que si les nouveaux se contentent de transposer leurs habitudes (que je suppose gafamesques), on risque de perdre petit à petit l'identité de notre différence... :/
Ça me rappelle quand Jacadi a dit "Quittez X !" : Ils ont quitté X, temporairement ou pas on s'en fout, mais avant qu'on leur dise Faites Ceci, la majorité n'avait visiblement pris aucune initiative pour chercher quelque chose de mieux.
Je ne sais pas si les podmins se concertent ou pas de temps en temps, mais peut-être qu'un peu de pédagogie pour expliquer ce qu'est le Pissenlit et ses pods, son esprit, surtout... ne serait pas inutile.
