Treat people like dogs!
In Romania it is this saying that if you treat people very bad, you treat them like dogs. But that's because they do treat dogs quite bad in Romania. There are so many stray dogs in that tribe, and they have a very harsh life.
But here's how you can treat dogs to become smart, relaxed, useful, kind, and to be our friends:
This is a documentary called Dogs with Extraordinary Jobs that you can watch trade-free at videoneat.com/documentaries/22…
You will see dogs that help humans, help other species, help find survivors after natural disasters happen, help the blind walk with more confidence, keep some other species of animals out of danger, and so much more. We label what they do as "jobs", however these dogs are not paid, do not have to take care of themselves, nor are they stressed. To the contrary, in order for these dogs to perform well at their tasks, they need to be well fed, relaxed, happy, loved, taken care of. And you know what's their reward for what they do? 1.000 Euros a month and food stamps? No! Their reward is play time, because even the "jobs" that they do are actually a form of play for them.
How about we learn from the way we treat such dogs, and we treat humans accordingly? Take care of humans, make sure they are well fed, relaxed, have free time, educated, happy, loved, and when they do a "job" the reward is the job itself. Humans could do a lot more than these dogs can. Humans could focus on understanding our world-wide problems and fix them. Lets fix cancer, aging, pollution, other diseases....lets explore our planet and the other ones....lets learn, explore, discover, and enjoy while doing that, instead of spending all of our time trading this for that, creating a madness of a society.
If these dogs with extraordinary jobs would be as stressed as the average Joe who is a daily worker, these dogs would be awful at their jobs and fully unreliable, not to mention perhaps they will become aggressive. We seem to understand that about dogs, but not about people...
