Watched the video. I also get Neil being a bit on the fence and trying to point out the usually these questions come from people who have some sort of agenda....but regardless science is science, and we have to defend our values using the science not ignoring it. If being gay is a learned behavior, then we should defend those who are gay based on that fact. If gay is a learned behavior, being straight also is. In any case, I totally agree with your comment.

I just found out that the interviewer is Ben shapiro and apparently he's a right wing hero. Makes sense why Neil was being a bit defensive while they talked. For everyone reading this message I also wanna make it clear that I don't follow ben shapiro, I just stumbled upon that video when I was searching for something related to astrophysics on youtube, anyway I knew Neil is an awesome science guy so I clicked on the video, didn't even know who the interviewer was at the time. This is not that important, but I don't want people to mistake me for a right wing fanboy, lol 😂
