Some of my accounts make no sense to count because they were opened only to have a feedback of how some content is seen from other instances, others are Activitypub groups and therefore let's say they don't count, others are accounts that I created to create guides and webinars on the Fediverse... Excluding these, I'm at least 16 accounts. Yes, I know: I'm a fediversomaniac 🤣

I do fine with a personal stream, an alternate, and a project group. They're all nomadic. I'm currently rebuilding the main identity on an experimental fork. So the main and alt tend to leapfrog each other onto newer stacks every year or three. Then there are the test accounts. Probably around 60 of them right now. Abandoned test accounts? A few thousand in the fediverse era. Tens of millions in the ESMTP/IMAP4/NNTP era.
